What and Where To Ground
If you have not already read the article on grounding, I highly recommend you do before reading this. Click here to go to the grounding article.
When you ground yourself, you will have some type of shift, either within yourself and/or in your external world. Grounding yourself is creating change within and when you change within, you have change in your outer world.
After you have practiced grounding at home, you can ground pretty much anywhere. That is the beauty of grounding!
Here are a few ideas of where you can ground:
Work
In the car, while sitting in traffic
Waiting in line at the store
School
Family gatherings
Movie theater
Parties
Grounding when you are in different places or situations allows you to be more of yourself. The more you practice grounding, the faster you will get.
You can also ground other things besides yourself! Such as:
Your car
Your pets
Your children
Your house
Your office/cubicle
The only thing I ask is that you do not ground another person because you do not have their permission. Grounding your pets and your children is different because they are your dependents.
How do you ground something besides yourself? Easy!
- With your imagination, create a grounding cord.
- If you are grounding your car, house or workspace simply attach the grounding cord to the bottom and see it extend to the Center of the Earth.
- Once at the Center of the Earth, attach it there as well. Done!
- If you are grounding your pet or child, once you have created the grounding cord, simply give it to them. They will most likely take it!
It is great to see the changes that happen when you ground! Happy grounding!
